A Customer sends a request to the dBlades Factory to
create a specific helicopter and requests a quote for price and estimated
production time. A Design Service Form will be sent to the Customer..
The Design Service Form, as with any Customer, is
filled out in detail and submitted to dBlades Factory for review and a quote.
The Customer sends directly to blades@thelz.com
for processing.
The Design Service Form is sent from dBlades Factory
back to the Customer and THE LZ for approval on cost and production scheduling.
Upon acceptance of the quote, the helicopter is
designed and approved by the Customer for availability. It is required that a
deposit (non-refundable) of half of the agreed price will be sent prior to
production. Upon completion of the product, a notice will be sent to the
Customer that the product is finished and ready for delivery once final payment
is made. Upon receiving the full payment, the product will be delivered within
24 hours of receipt.
THE LZ is proud to produce helicopters explicitly for
use in Virtual Airlines or FBOs. THE
LZ will produce the helicopter/s but they will only be available for downloading
through the VA that made the purchase. The helicopter/s will not be authorized on other websites for
download without the expressed written authorization of THE LZ. Violation of
these conditions may result in legal action taken against the agent/s
responsible.
When a helicopter is delivered to a VA, we realize
that the VA will likely post it on their website for downloading by their
pilots. The download ability must
only be available by password protection intended specifically for the
purchasing VA pilots and not accessible to the general public. The VA has made
the purchase and we agree not to post their product on our website for any
downloads or sales unless the VA disbands.
This will allow the sole use of the helicopters to only that VA and their
pilots.
THE LZ requires you provide a link from your VA site to ours. A file / note is to be included that will identify the dBlades Factory as the developer of the helicopter/s and obtained through THE LZ. We are basically asking you to provide a place for due credits for your new product.
THE LZ will not extend the above option to VA’s requesting to use existing helicopters found in the Chopper Shop inventory. Each helicopter found in the inventory is for sale only at THE LZ for the general public and is not to be posted at any other location for downloading.
